Yoga for Hikers
Every Tuesday evening through the month of May, 5:45-6:45

Getting ready for an amazing season of hiking? Prepare yourself with yoga! This class is specifically geared toward people who like to hike and climb mountains. We will strength train our bodies to increase endurance & stability. We will also work on flexibility plus joint range of motion. Lori Flower guides with 17 years experience as a yoga instructor and avid hiker.

Fee: $12/class or $50 for all 5. Drop-ins welcome!
**A limited number of yoga mats will be available so participants are encouraged to bring their own.**
Rain or Shine. Classes may be held outside if weather allows.
