Kati Christoffel is a watercolor artist and avid Vermont hiker and skier based in Burlington. After falling in love with the Green Mountains while hiking the Long Trail in 2018, she worked for the Green Mountain Club as the Stratton Pond caretaker for a season, and a caretaker supervisor for two more seasons. She now spends her time creating original and custom landscape paintings based on her adventures in the mountains, and teaching virtual watercolor classes.
